We’ve got a bunch of great outdoor shows lined up this summer… into Autumn, as well. Find some shade and stomp along with us!

We just successfully played our 2nd Friday Night Concert Series on June 15th, and we are happy to say neither we nor anyone in the audience melted –despite the high 90s temps and scorching pavement. The Summer of the Arts folks and their amazing sponsors deserve all the kudos for making this wonderful series happen, and audio engineering was by Alex of Body Sound LLC. with his usual finesse and sophistication.

Next up, you can find us on Saturday, July 14th at Big Grove Iowa City, Live on the patio.

August 3rd will be our official Bix Beiderbecke Memorial Society festival debut. We’re playing 6:00-6:45pm at the Leclaire Park bandshell in Davenport, IA. Come out for a great weekend of traditional jazz.

Friday, August 24th we’ll be at Grinnell Heritage Farms for their Wood-Fired Hapizzaness series. Sustainable farming/pizza/hot jazz. What’s not to love?

Tuesday, August 28th we’ll be indoors for the UI Swing Welcome Dance. Stay tuned for more info.

And then we’ll have (hopefully) one more outdoor show at the Iowa City Farmer’s Market on Wednesday, September 12th.

Look for us at the Mill in late September, Lion Bridge Brewing Company in November, and then then back to the Mill around Christmastime. We’ll have some holiday favorites lined up for that one!
